Nicole Anderson| Principal and Attorney
Nicole Anderson, Principal of Anderson Law Group, practices in the area of estate planning and business law. She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from The Colorado College. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Nicole attended the London School of Economics for one year. Following her undergraduate education, Nicole received her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in Michigan. In order to better serve her clients, Nicole is currently pursuing her L.L.M. in taxation from Chapman University School of Law.
Before founding Anderson Law Group, Nicole clerked for the United States Attorney in Detroit, Michigan. She gained further experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Gadola, Federal Judge of the Sixth Circuit, and as a law clerk for Cline, Cline & Griffin in Michigan. After obtaining her law license in California, Nicole served as a partner at the Law Offices of Anderson & Le in Orange County before starting Anderson Law Group, Inc.
Nicole is a member of several professional organizations. She is a member of WealthCounsel, the nation’s premier association of estate planning attorneys, the Trust and Estates section of the Orange County Bar Association and State Bar of California. Outside the legal world, Nicole is an active member of the National Association of Women Business Owners Orange County Chapter, Laguna Beach Business Club and the Laguna Beach Professional Alliance. Nicole is passionate about the arts and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Laguna College of Art and Design.
Nicole and her husband Peter are the proud parents of William born in December 2010. They enjoy hiking in the Laguna Canyons with their dog, Oscar, frequenting the beach, and spending time with friends and family. As a fluent German speaker, Nicole and Peter especially enjoy traveling. Nicole welcomes speaking engagements in the areas of Advanced Estate Planning and Business Law.
Jeremiah H. Barlow| Attorney
Jeremiah earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Reno, and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he graduated cum laude. Jeremiah is licenses to practice law in California, Nevada, and Colorado. Prior to joining Anderson Law Group, Jeremiah served as a judicial law clerk for Chief Judge Connie Steinheimer of the Second Judicial District Court of Nevada. Additionally, Jeremiah managed a law firm that focused on estate planning and business transactions.
Jeremiah enjoys spending time with his wife, Kymberly. He also has a passion of traveling, which has lead him around the world.
Tracy Herdman| Client Services Director
Tracy Herdman is the Client Services Director at Anderson Law Group. She graduated from UCLA with a degree in Sociology.
She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and teaching swim lessons.
William Anderson | Office Assistant
When he joins us on occasion, William keeps the office in good spirits and enjoys playing, music class, his dog and his family.
